AUTHENTICITY & QUALITY CONTROL
Anthem Group is the official licensee and distributor for all brands listed on our website. All items sold in ANTHEM are authentic & original. All products go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.
WHERE DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
We wish for our customers to be fully satisfied with the product they have chosen. All returns & exchanges must be made at our physical store branches so that they may inspect, fit and choose in-person. To view the entire list of stores, click here. Please bring the original receipt and tags of the item.
Department stores, franchise branches and outlet stores cannot accept return items. Lazada, Zalora and other consignment stores must be coursed through their respective customer service.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
Exchange requests must be within 14 days upon the date of the receipt provided in the package. Original receipt must strictly be presented and surrendered to our store. No receipt, no exchange. We allow Returns & Exchanges for the following instances and applies only to regular priced items:
1. Change of size or color
2. Change of brand or product
3. Incorrect item received
4. Faulty or defective item received
Requirements for returning a product:
1.Item has to be unwashed and unworn
2. Item still has to have complete tags
3. Receipt has to be presented when requesting for an exchange
4. Item has to be purchased only from www.anthem.com.ph
5. Returns can only be made once
6. The claim for return has to be made within 14 days upon the date written on the receipt.
7. Returns can only be made at the respective brand branch. (Ex. only Original Penguin products can be exchanged at an Original Penguin store).
*Refunds or store credit will not be given. Purchases on sale, discount and promotional items are deemed final and will not be valid for returns due to change of mind. Any claims of defective products will be subject for evaluation.
All merchandise must be exchanged in the condition they were received and in original packaging.
WHAT IF I THE ITEM I CHOOSE TO CHANGE IS CHEAPER OR MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MY PURCHASE?
The customer must shoulder any additional price differences for more expensive items. If the item chosen has a lower SRP value than the original purchase (purchase price net of discount), then change or store credit will no longer be given and is forfeited.
