All items sold in ANTHEM go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all our orders with care, we think you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE, EXCHANGE PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
However, there are times when merchandise are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we will gladly replace them. If you are unhappy with your merchandise and would like to exchange it for another kind, we will also gladly replace them. Please email email@example.com the reason for exchange and request for your Exchange Reference Number within 7 days of upon receiving your order, and send your merchandise within 14 days back to ANTHEM upon receiving your Exchange Reference Number for an exchange for the same item in a different size or any product that we carry (based on stock availability).
Item has to be unworn, complete with tags and unwashed for it to be valid for exchange. Please present your original receipt when exchanging items. Refund or store credit will not be given. Returns are strictly not allowed.
If item is being shipped back to ANTHEM, we recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. All merchandise for exchange must be unopened and in original condition.
SHIPPING FEES FOR EXCHANGES
The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item/s to be returned will be shouldered by the buyer.
Change will not be given for merchandise exchanged less than their transaction amount. Customer must shoulder the price difference if item is worth more than item exchanged.
EXCHANGES IN MONO-BRAND BOUTIQUES (ONLINE TRANSACTIONS)
Customers are also allowed to exchange their online purchased items at selected physical stores. The stores that accept exchanges are:
- SM Mall of Asia branches
- Shangri-La Plaza branches
- Glorietta branches
- TriNoma branches
- Ayala Center Cebu branch – Original Penguin only
- Abreeza Davao branch – Original Penguin only
Merchandise cannot be exchanged in department stores or outlet stores such as Duty Free, SM Department Store, Chimes Department Store and other consignment stores.
Original receipt must strictly be presented and surrendered. The store will issue the customer a new receipt reflecting the new merchandise.
The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.
All merchandise must be exchanged in the condition they were received and in original packaging.
RETURNS FOR STORE BOUGHT TRANSACTIONS
Items purchased in our mono-brand stores cannot be exchanged for online credits or transactions. The original receipt is strictly required for returns and exchanges at our mono-brand store within 7 days. Returns can only be made once. For items showing factory defect will undergo evaluation and the item may have to be left at the store for further internal investigation. Items returned without completed tags, or have been already washed and worn will not be accepted. Only receipts and products purchased in the Philippines from our official branches are valid for returns & exchanges upon meeting the requirement.
For consignment store purchases or third party official sellers, items must be returned strictly only at the corresponding branch with official receipt.
