1. Placing an order online

You can explore products online by new arrivals or by choosing a product category. Refine your search by filtering by Brands, Product Category or Color. When you have made your selection, add the product to your shopping cart. You can review your shopping cart and proceed to checkout from the icon on the top right-hand corner of the page. To complete your purchase, simply enter your shipping, billing and payment details. 

2. Product information and sizes

Our online store offers a wide selection of products from the season’s collections and our selection is regularly updated. If the item you are looking for is not currently available online, we invite you to visit our Store Listing page and to contact your nearest store to discover similar products. You may also visit our size guide for each brand to help determine the best fit.

3. Payment options, invoices and tax

We accept the following forms of payment:

a. Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover, Unionpay credit cards through Paypal, without the need to have a Paypal account.

b. Bank deposit or transfer to our BDO account

c. GCash - scan the QR code and enter your payment amount. Email or Viber us your proof of payment:

This website features state-of-the-art security systems to encrypt and protect your payment details, guaranteeing the total security of all transactions. The charge will be in the same currency as the prices you see at checkout (Philippine Peso). The order total is VAT inclusive. You will not need to pay any extra duties or taxes at delivery if shipped within the Philippines. You will receive an invoice with the billing details entered at checkout for every order placed on the website. Shipping fee is added upon checkout.

4. Order confirmation & Tracking Number

The order will be confirmed when we send the confirmation email for each shipment to the email address you provided. The customer is responsible for inputting accurate and complete shipping address, mobile number and email address. Incomplete information may cause delay in processing your order. ANTHEM uses LBC to ship out orders nationwide. 

5. Modifying your order

Should you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After the order has been shipped out for delivery, it can no longer be modified. For security reasons we cannot change the shipping and billing address. If you notice any mistakes or need to request minor modifications, please let us know and we will do our best to provide assistance.

6. Shipping Fees

Standard flat rate nationwide shipping of P200.00 and P250 for heavier packages. Complimentary shipping is available for orders made above P7,000.00.

Greater NCR: 3-8 days*

Major cities: 3-10 days*

Provincial: 5-12 days*

8. Gifting Option 

Giving the order as a gift? Just put a note saying it is a gift under the ADD AN ORDER NOTE section of your Shopping Cart. All orders come with 1 paper bag of the brand. Only 1 paper bag is provided regardless of quantity ordered unless specified by the customer.

9. Use of Online Anthem Gift Cards

Anthem Gift Cards sold in this website can only be used /applied for purchases on the website. They cannot be used in our physical boutiques.
