**COVID Prevention Policy**
Due to the extended community quarantine, please expect a possible delay in the delivery of your package. We are implementing new safety and sanitation guidelines company-wide to ensure that our employees are protected and that your orders and handled with extra care. We also encourage you to wipe down your packages as a precautionary measure.1. Placing an order online
You can explore products online by new arrivals or by choosing a product category. Refine your search by filtering by Brands, Product Category or Color. When you have made your selection, add the product to your shopping cart. You can review your shopping cart and proceed to checkout from the icon on the top right-hand corner of the page. To complete your purchase, simply enter your shipping, billing and payment details.
2. Product information and sizes
Our online store offers a wide selection of products from the season’s collections and our selection is regularly updated. If the item you are looking for is not currently available online, we invite you to visit our Store Listing page and to contact your nearest store to discover similar products. You may also visit our size guide for each brand to help determine the best fit.
3. Payment options, invoices and tax
We accept the following forms of payment:
a. Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover, Unionpay credit cards through Paypal, without the need to have a Paypal account.
b. Pay with your Paypal account, if you have one
c. Bank deposit – BDO and BPI
This website features state-of-the-art security systems to encrypt and protect your payment details, guaranteeing the total security of all transactions. The charge will be in the same currency as the prices you see at checkout (Philippine Peso). The order total includes the sales tax amount. You will not need to pay any extra duties or taxes at delivery if shipped within the Philippines. You will receive an invoice with the billing details entered at checkout for every order placed on the website. Shipping fee is added upon checkout.
4. Order confirmation
The order will be confirmed when we send the confirmation email for each shipment to the email address you provided. The email(s) will contain a confirmation and summary of the order in relation to each product such as: product description and the total price of the order and any shipping costs. Taxes are inclusive in the indicated price.
5. Modifying your order
Should you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After the order has been shipped out for delivery, it can no longer be modified. For security reasons we cannot change the shipping and billing address. If you notice any mistakes or need to request minor modifications, please let us know and we will do our best to provide assistance.
6. Shipping Fees
Standard flat rate nationwide shipping of P200.00 (up to 4kg) and P250 (5kg and up) beginning October 16, 2020 for all transactions.
7. Shipping Lead Time
Greater NCR: 3-8 days*
Major cities: 3-10 days*
Provincial: 5-12 days*
*All in business days.
**In light of the community quarantine, delay may be expected during shipping. Once quarantine is lifted, shipping dates will be adjusted accordingly.
8. Pick Up In Store Option
Customers may opt to have their items shipped and picked up at selected monobrand stores. Shipping costs will therefore be waived for the customer. Store pickups are limited to the following branches: Original Penguin SM Mall of Asia, Original Penguin Glorietta or Original Penguin TriNoma, Original Penguin Shangri-La. Customer is allowed to open and fit the package at the store for their convenience. They may opt to change their item once upon receiving their package. Item can be changed for other brands or products available at that mall branch.
During the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) period, store pickups are unavailable. Should you still wish to have your item picked up at our store, your package will be shipped to the respective branch once they have resumed operations.
9. Gifting Option
Giving the merchandise as a gift to your loved one or friends? Just put a note saying it is a gift and your dedication (if available) under the ADD AN ORDER NOTE section of your Shopping Cart.
10. Use of Online Anthem Gift Cards
Anthem Gift Cards sold in this website can only be used /applied for purchases on the website. They cannot be used in our physical boutiques.
